商品到着日から7日間以内に生じました初期不良に付きましては交換もしくは修理にて対応をいたします。

ご注文を受けてから1～2営業日以内に発送いたします。

天候不順・配送業者の都合・その他何らかの理由により遅延する場合はメール等でお知らせいたします。

We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service)or FEDEX .Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. Mo is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.

TAXES & DUTIES

All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added. 

When ordering goods from MO internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. MO is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. MO has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be.
